You'll be the digital strategist for 1/2 of our roster. You'll have a great boss who will help teach you whatever you don't yet know but you absolutely will need to be hungry to learn, willing to grind and wildly curious.

  • Deeply understand the digital landscape, identifying and maximizing emerging trends, technologies, best practices and digital platforms to create bespoke campaigns that drive cross-platform engagement and awareness
  • Build and execute the digital strategy of an artists’ release campaign alongside Marketing PM, taking into account the overall artist and campaign goals. 
  • Manage and analyze social media campaigns, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and conversion – work directly with artists, management, and agent teams, to ensure artist posting and execution (Log-in and post on an artists’ behalf as needed, etc) 
  • Drive execution across paid media strategies for digital advertising campaigns based on the goals and objectives of the overall campaign.
  • Provide learnings that will inform future campaigns while translating these analytics into simplified takeaways for artists, managers, stakeholders and other departments
  • Analyze campaign performance data, including engagement metrics and audience responses to different sounds/content, to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement
  • Be a key contributor on our Content Team, helping grow our artists’ footprint across social platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Co:brand, Laylo, X, Snapchat, etc.
  • Drive competitive research on viral trends, what other artists in the genre are doing, campaigns or new platforms/partners to inform our marketing strategy, keeping our artists on the cutting edge of culture and technology
  • Create digital and social media best practice resources for artists & managers to refer to and utilize
  • Stay at the forefront of content trends, identifying emerging sounds that have the potential to go viral and integrating them into our campaigns, where appropriate
  • Proven success creating and running fan growth strategies to build artist profiles and CRM using content strategy, gated campaigns and/or paid media strategy
  • Research and daily analysis of artist communities, fan sentiment/requests to create a comprehensive understanding of an artist’s fan base for optimal marketing.
