Clothing Returns:
- Eligibility: We accept returns on clothing items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at Info@Rappersdigest.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Digital and Advertising Products:
Rappers Digest provides digital promotional services. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final once work has begun.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment
- Service not delivered within the stated timeframe (unless delay was caused by missing client materials)
- Technical error preventing service fulfillment
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with editorial opinion
- Rejection due to content guidelines
- Expected performance outcomes (streams, followers, etc.)
- Change of mind after submission review has started
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5â10 business days to the original payment method.
